This Privacy Policy explains how Mines Wins Gold Gems (the "App") handles information. We built the App to respect your privacy: it does not require an account, a login, or any personal information to play.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, precise location, photos, or any payment information. There are no in-app purchases and no real money is ever involved.

Information we upload to our servers

If you choose to use the online features (global leaderboard and friend leagues), the App uploads a small amount of data to our servers via Firebase (a service by Google). Specifically:

Anonymous identifier: Firebase Anonymous Authentication generates a random, anonymous user ID for your device. This ID is not linked to your real identity and is used only to save your leaderboard entry and league membership.
Game data: your best score/multiplier, coin balance, and league membership are uploaded and stored so leaderboards and leagues work across sessions.

This information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising, and it is not used to track you across other apps or websites.

In plain terms: when you use online features, an anonymous device ID and your score are uploaded so you can appear on the leaderboard. We do not know who you are, and we don't try to find out.

Offline play

The App is fully playable offline. When offline, your progress is stored only on your device. Scores sync to the leaderboard only when you are online and using the online features.

Tournament pages

The App may display tournament and news pages inside an in-app browser. These pages are hosted by us and contain informational content only.

Data retention & deletion

Anonymous game data remains associated with your device's anonymous ID. Because no account or personal identifier is collected, we cannot link data to a named individual. If you wish to have your anonymous leaderboard data removed, contact us at the address below and, where possible, we will delete the associated record.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. It uses only virtual coins, with no real money involved at any point.

Third-party services

The App relies on Firebase (Google) for its online features. Google's handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
